- Automatic Photo Processing: After your self-portrait session, photos are automatically transferred from the studio camera to our editing workflow. They may be processed using professional photo editing software before being uploaded to a secure online gallery for client access.
- Photo Storage: Your photos are stored for 7 days following the session date.
After this period, the photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Clients are responsible for downloading their photos within this period - If you wish to request earlier deletion, you may contact us.
9. Internal Records and Legitimate Interest
Moment Portraits may retain limited internal records relating to client conduct or service usage where necessary to:
- Protect the studio environment
- Prevent misuse of services
- Maintain safety for clients and staff
- Protect legitimate business interests
